You installed MySQL 8.0.21, then you installed WAMP?

WAMP installs its own instance of MySQL, so now you have two MySQL instances, and a mess.

If you want WAMP, probably best to uninstall the lot, eg for MySQL on PCs ...

1. Ensure that "hidden files" are visible in file explorer.

2. Uninstall all MySQL modules.

3. Delete C:\Program Files\MySQL

4. Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL

5. Delete C:\ProgramData\MySQL

6. Delete MySQL files from all Users' AppData folders

... then install WAMP.
