Problems upgrading "This redo log was created with MySQL 8.0.29, and it appears logically non empty"

Unable to start db because "This redo log was created with MySQL 8.0.29, and it appears logically non empty".

Unfortunately version 8.0.29 is no longer available for download so I can cleanly do upgrade.

Is there any solution?
