CentOS - Bind-Adress

Hello.

I have a CentOS 7 installed with the following services.
MySQL server, Apache, phpmyadmin.

Currently I can not login to the SQL via phpmyadmin.
I can't find the config file for the MySQL where the IPs are bound.

What is the directory in CentOS for this config file ?
