Fedora has changed the GPG key policy [1]. We have resigned the fedora 3x RPMs with the new key and published them.

Please import the new GPG (2023) key and install the packages.

sudo rpm --import http://repo.mysql.com/RPM-GPG-KEY-mysql-2023
