Hello Andre,
I checked and found that the MySQL package for Ubuntu Plucky is already available in the official repository.
You can find mysql-server 8.0.39-1 in the base release, along with newer builds for security and updates.
The official MySQL APT repository also includes a “plucky” section (for example, mysql-tools for Plucky) as of July 2025 — repo.mysql.com.
So yes, the Plucky repo is active, and MySQL-related packages are already available.
