check mysql my.ini file
look for the comment # The default storage engine that will be used when create new tables when
default-storage-engine= innoDB. (Replace innoDB with MyISAM)
Restart the server.
if you use firewall make sure you grant access or allow new change.

there you go. problem will be solved but make sure you use ohpmyadmin interface to connect to mysql.
