No, the query is always added to the slow log. Even one the second run.
My "problem" is that there are query than can't be "optimized" since
they are supposed to do a listing of all data in a table (mostly small tables,
1 to 10 entry at top).
But still they goes in the slow.log when activating 'log-query-not-using-indexes'
I agree this is normal since thoses query aren't using indexes, but in fact they
aren't *supposed* to use indexes either, so they are 'polluting' the log file with
un-optimsable query.
