LOW_PRIORIY, IGNORE, DELAY & QUICK

hi, i am not able to understand the following

LOW_PRIORIY, IGNORE, DELAY & QUICK

in Update and Delete Statement

Viz: "If you specify LOW_PRIORITY, the DELETE statement does not execute until no client connections are accessing the target table."

what does this statement means....Pls. help me out.
