make mysql server use more cpu power
Hi,
I need to make mysql server use more cpu power, bacause when I start one particular query its execution takes about 2 minutes, but through all that time the mysql process doesn't use more than 10% of cpu power.
I used a my-large.cnf that is located in /usr/share/doc/mysql-server-5.1.48/my-large.cnf to optimize performance of mysql, but still it doesn't use more than 10% of cpu power. And there are no other processes running that could use the cpu power..
Any ideas?
