How many rows have kontakt.grupa = 'OF' ? If it is not too big a percentage of the total rows in kontakt, then this index would help:
INDEX(grupa)
What about kontakt.akcja > 1 ? Then, maybe
INDEX(grupa, akcja)
How much RAM? Can you make innodb_buffer_pool_size, 49283072 bigger? For guidance, see
