i got this error message while installing mysql gem.....
JRuby limited openssl loaded. gem install jruby-openssl for full support.

Gem files will remain installed in C:/Program Files/NetBeans 6.7.1/ruby2/jruby-1.2.0/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/mysql-2.8.1 for inspection.
Results logged to C:/Program Files/NetBeans 6.7.1/ruby2/jruby-1.2.0/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/mysql-2.8.1/ext/mysql_api/gem_make.out
kindly help me to solve this issue....
