Sorry, haven't seen that one. You didn't use one of
the build scripts in the "BUILD/" directory, did you?
Those will rerun the GNU autotools, and the source is
not compatible with all versions of those tools and
can cause problems like this. A normal build is to
be done using a configure line and "make", and will
not rerun "autoconf", "automake" and "libtool",
