Sorry, no, I believe it is just a tag that wasn't changed along with the others. This download should be the ordinary installer for 64-bit Windows. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
We build and test those binaries on Windows 2003, though, so it is not incorrect, it's just not different from the others.
