Build 5-5-9 in cygwin

Hi,

I followed first http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?51,389833,389833#msg-389833"; this topic] but it's obsolete for mysql-5.5.9 because of the transition from "configure" to "cmake".

Trying to compile from the source, even without options, on :
CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64 PC_DEV 1.7.7(0.230/5/3) 2010-08-31 09:58 i686 Cygwin

cmake
looks to go the end of its process.

make
....
[ 5%] Building C object strings/CMakeFiles/strings.dir/dtoa.c.o
/usr/local/src/mysql-5.5.9/strings/dtoa.c:55: error: conflicting types for ‘dtoa’
/usr/include/stdlib.h:162: error: previous declaration of ‘dtoa’ was here
make[2]: *** [strings/CMakeFiles/strings.dir/dtoa.c.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [strings/CMakeFiles/strings.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

I tried many options, but failed till now. I have no idea whether it's cygwin or mysql or gcc related.

If sbdy faced the same issue, I'd be keen on getting some hints.

Thx in advance
