Re: mingw port of mysql connector c and c++

i wanted to use a c++ connector for MinGW and came across this post. i had to pass in a few extra "-D" to get cmake to generate makefiles for MSYS (i'm using msys with mingw), but i was not able to get the port source (mentioned in this first thread) to compile. I am using gcc 4.6.1. has anyone got this to compile or is there an updated port of the mysql c++ connector port for mingw posted elsewhere?
