This is harmless and is caused by your server using the system openssl library. This will likely have been opened by some other program on your computer already.

The official el7 tarballs, starting with 8.0.18, are not using the system openssl but instead uses a bundled openssl 1.1.1. This is for users who want a newer openssl that the version 1.0.2 which comes with the system. That bundled openssl 1.1.1 will not have been opened by any other program.
