Why are you trying to build such an old version as 5.7.10? This was officially released for FreeBSD 10. I would recommend you try 5.7.27 instead, as this was the last version to be released for FreeBSD and that was FreeBSD 12.

5.7.27 binary packages for FreeBSD 12 are still available from https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/community/
