Yes, it is possible.

mysql — The MySQL Command-Line Tool (Executing SQL Statements from a Text File).

Or you can use this GUI tool wtih command line support dbForge Studio for MySQL (e.g. >shell dbforgemysql.com /execute /inputfile:script.sql /connection:"User Id=user_name;Password=password;Host=host_name;Port=3306;"...).
