OK

I managed to make some progress. Adding semicolon at the end of the first line, the line with the "SELECT" statement, allowed the scrip to partially run. I’m still getting an error for the PREPARE stmt1 line, but now it comes up as:

Error Code: 1064.
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''' at line 2 0.000 sec

Can anyone help me with this?

Jose
