Suggest me which one is stable

Hi,
i wanna use MySQL to create a database of about 10Tb and it would be used in a real time application. It needs to be scalable, fast and relible. Can anyone suggest me which version (4.0, 4.1, 5.0, 5.1) of MySQL should i use. I am also planning to use MySQL Clusters. Plz tell me which version of Clusters( Carrier Grade, NDB 6.1, 6.2, 6.3) is stable and meets my requirments as mentioned above.
