MySQL Query Browser is a legacy tool that's not being developed actively (just bug fixes/maintenance). In the foreseeable future most (or all) of its functionality will be available in MySQL Workbench.
As for limitations (and workarounds) of LOAD DATA INFILE and similar statements, please see
