Re: manual.chm shows "Action Cancelled" for every page

I'm havng the same problem as John. I have downloaded the .chm version of the manual several times from different mirrors and none of them work. The index pane will catelog, index, and search but when a topic is clicked all I get is "action cancelled" or "page can not be displayed". There is no .chm file included in the windows install. I have downloaded numerous other .chm type files (such as PHP) and they function correctly.
