Many. E.g. http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?12,43377,43377#msg-43377
(This is Joerg Bruehe's 4.0.26 announcement).

The accented characters in his name are replaced by "firefox inverted diamonds with question marks".
If I "View | Character Encoding | Western (ISO-8859-1)" however, they show OK (o with 2 dots, u with 2 dots).

This is with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 on WinXP Pro.
