i do need some basic info about how the basic "components" - group, user, project, issue - are used.
as far as can see there are two types: common and specific for a project.
common are:
Statuses
Issue Resolutions
Users
Groups
and specific are:
Releases
Categories
Priorities
Phone Support Categories
there are many questions that i have, but let start with this:
what is the difference between "Status" and 'Issue resolution"?
what is the difference between category and phone category?
is there bit more docs about?
