Hello Alexis, thank you for taking the time to write this report. The French translation is no longer maintained. The French version of the MySQL Server 5.0 manual is linked to from the archives here:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/index-archive.html

Unfortunately, archives are no longer updated so this won't be fixed. Again, thank you for the submission.
