Windows CHM help file for 5.0 has no index

The CHM help for 5.0 starts with an error saying 'The window name "Main" passed to HH_GET_WIN_TYPE has not been specified' and then it comes out without topics and index. Help for 5.1 works just fine by the way. Is there a working copy for 5.0 somewhere else?
