Running Multiple Servers over NFS

I had tried to run a configuration like this..

* A "master" mysql server with data files are on an NFS mount.
* 2 other mysql servers which also mount the same NFS mount.
* I put the pid, socket, log etc files to another location other then default to generate a clear data directory.
* I started the other servers with read_only option..
* All the tables as MyISAM.
* the other servers started without problems and works fine..

The Problem:

I can not get the changes to the other servers..What I tried is..
* disable query cache..

This doesn't help..

If I did "FLUSH TABLES" on the other server it got the changes.. Is there a way to get the changes when they are written to data files by the master serveR?
