Need complete international character set
I'm setting up a database in which the input could be in any character set except Arabic, Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, or anything that does not include Latin or diacritical marks over Latin characters.
The choices in the phpadmin dropdown are endless - and for some reason the collation defaulted to Latin1-Swedish-ci.
Which collation should I use?
