Hi All,
I have a similar issue. My database contains the data of a lot of users (20M+) and my doubt is if it's better one single (very large)db or several databases partitioning data per users (for instance users0-100, users101-200, etc....) and an additional db with the common data.
So, thinking to have 1 single machine with 1 Terabyte, it's better 1 single db or 10 smaller dbs ?
What is the advised maximun size (if there is) of a single database ?
