I think some elaborated Marrying point-in-time architecture would solve my problem.
Although it will load all dbs with additional columns.

Could advice for your prefered commercial solution that could handle tasks like that.

I really would like to know if I am on the right way thinking about creating unique keys among all dbs and in this way sycnhing without losing references to any of the data. I mean PTA is quite the same, there the uniqueness of a row is formed by the additional columns that describe the entry change and creation.
