Not sure what exactly you're asking about, but here are a few hints:

- You probably want 3 tables in 1 database.
- You "link" those tables by using joins.

USE users;
CREATE TABLE users (user_id(INT), ...);
CREATE TABLE forum (user_id(INT), forum_id(INT), ...);
CREATE TABLE store (user_id(INT), store_id(INT), ...);
SELECT * FROM forum LEFT JOIN users ON forum.user_id = users.user_id;

This is just a very simplistic example; hope it gets you started.
