You identified one problem with a 3-way relation -- "NoGroup".
Another hassle is that there could be multiple rows when you look for "Ressources : Applications". SELECT DISTINCT _may_ be the solution.
Do you have the SELECTs that you will be using? Sketch them out before you finalize on what the schema looks like.
