Multiple Foreign Keys in the Same Table

I have a table with a primary key field that I'd like to link to 4 foreign keys in the same table. Is that possible?

I have a table that describes the attributes of a specific, unique clinical diagnosis code and I want to use that table to join to 4 instances of that code contained in the different table (patient) - primary diagnosis, secondary diagnosis, tertiary diagnosis and quaternary diagnosis.

Or do I really need to create some separate patient/diagnosis table?
