You know your business. We do not---so unfortunately "Specific Business Information, Business Hours (4 Shifts), Section Information (4 Shifts)..." &c mean nothing to us.
If your database design process has been adequate to your business requirements, it either answers such questions, or at least allows you to frame such questions precisely in terms of tables, columns and constraints. Failing that, it needs to be reworked till it does.
