"In a company, there are departments and investigation cases that can be marked with several tags in order to find them later. Journalists work at a department and can conduct investigations that include opening several interviews processes (one at a time) that has a duration where they basically interview people and collect data, a lot of data.

Given that:

An investigation case can be taken by only one department.
An investigation case (and its interviews) can be conducted by one or more journalists.
Activity within a department is measured by how many interview processes are taken within an investigation case.
Each interview carries a lot of content in text that is stored in a document database in the cloud and that there are also other formats like images, audios and videos stored in a cloud storage solution like AS3.
It is known that the total amount of registries (considering all the interviews) exceeds the millions.

The company uses an internal platform to conduct the interviews that tracks activity of the departments and its journalists using Mixpanel."
