Well, how do I define SELECT statements? how do I join multiple tables? And what about union queries? All that without having to know the SQL syntax?

I see some support for DELETE, UPDATE, and INSERT queries.

As a side note, either the JDBC driver or the application has problems with timestamp fields containing zero

Sorry, I take that back. I found the SELECT part. Was a little bit difficult to find though. I need to play around with a to see how it is.
