Visual Foxpro/Access/MySQL

I have an existing Access 2003 application that links to a MySQL 4 database. I now want to add data from a separate Visual Foxpro9 application to the Access app. There does not seem to be a way to link from Access to Visual Foxpro via ODBC so what I am currently doing is an overnight batch dump of the VFP9 files into MySQL and then using that archive data. What I would really like is a live connection to Foxpro9 so that I can just read the small subset of data that I need as I need it rather than having to do the bulk dump each night.
If anyone has a suggestion of a tool or better way do these foxpro lookups it would be much appreciated.
