instant flush of csv table

Hi,

I just started using a symbolic-linked database with a csv table. It all works fine, but if I edit the csv file and run a select statement within mysql, I don't get the results that I just inserted manually in the csv file. I need to do a flush table. Is it possible to do this instantly. So if the file is edited, mysql flushes the table. Can this be don by, for instance, a trigger? If so, does anyone know how?
