se l' engine Innodb è disattivato e per esempio l'engine di default è MyIsam allora Mysql crea lo stesso la tabella in formato MyIsam e rilascia un warning, ti permette lo stesso di creare la tabella, solo che la crea con l'engine di Default se quello richiesto è disabilitato(l'istruzione va a buon fine : query ok, 0 rows effected,1 warning).
In questo caso hai un errore nell'istruzione, il che non dipende dall'engine richiesto.
