Ciao! se ti appoggi ad un server esterno potresti usare phpMyAdmin,uno vero e proprio gestionale per il tuo database scritto in php.. è molto comodo e nell'apposita sezione (esporta/importa) puoi impostare graficamente molte delle opzioni "difficili". Ti verrà creato a video un file con tutta una serie di scritte... bhe, quello è il tuo dabatase :D
se non hai il supporto php (o non è presente phpMyAdmin, cosa che oramai è quasi impossibile) puoi usare da riga di comando il programma apposito della Sun mysqldump, ma qui ti rimando alla guida ufficiale:
