Problemi con con i cursori

mysql workbench mi dà errore e mi evidenzia questa riga:

DECLARE titolari CURSOR FOR SELECT F.giocatore,

prima c'è END IF; e quindi credo sia tutto regolare.

non capisco dove sia l'errore
