chiave primaria composta

Ciao a tutti
ho una tabella chiamata Fattura con campi data e numero.
vorrei impostare come chiave primaria l'anno di tale data e il numero della fattura. una cosa di questo tipo :
PRIMARY KEY (data.YEAR, numero)
ho già fatto delle prove e non ci sono riuscito, mi chiedevo se fosse possibile esprimere un concetto del genere senza scindere la data in 3 campi interi giorno mese anno.
