Visione tabelle MS ACCESS esterne

Salve,
ho la necessità di dovermi connettere a un database access (alcune tabelle) in remoto a un gestionale tecnico per la lettura di alcuni valori su varie tabelle. Come posso "collegare" in MySQL queste tabelle? E' possibile anche con le relative relazioni? Domanda forse inutile .... è possibile collegare un database Access completo?
