Let me clarify. This is not the place where you submit bugs. There is an appropriate web page for that (http://bugs.mysql.com).
But this is the place where you ask for advice about how to submit bugs, and how to create test cases.
If you have technical issues concerning the technicalities of writing bug reports, if you wonder which is the best way of representing a bug, if you want to improve your techniques of writing tests, this is the place for you.
