Bug 23071 not fixed in 5.1
After doing some searching I discovered that I'm having the same issue as was happening in Bug# 23071:

It states in the link above that the issue is closed, but I've installed the latest connector for .NET and the issue seems to still be happening.
Does anybody have the fix for this or has the bug really reappeared?
