Mysql application auto-crash quite offten

Dear All,
i'm not sure if there is a solution for this problem posted in this forum, if this is repeated i apologize for posting it again. please guide me towards the fix.
below is the error i copied from my event viewer (windows 2003 web edition)

The application, C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin\mysqld-nt.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 08/27/2007 @ 18:35:03.937 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 7C8417B1 (ntdll!RtlSecondsSince1970ToTime)

i'm using mysql 5.0.18
