Solaris 10 / C memory Leak

I have come upon a memory leak while using MySQL with Solaris 10 and C. This happens without making any call which return a result (ie only INSERT querys). So I suspect it's not the C program I suspect it's Solaris. I have the same C program and MySQL running on a X86 linux server. I do not see this leak on the X86 platform. I am migrating to Solaris for the speed of the Sparc. I'm not sure if it's a problem with MySQL or Solaris 10. I suspect that there is some Solaris 10 patch hiding away which will solve my problem.
