Get Unique Word From a comma seperated String By MYSQL QUERY ONLY

I have a string in a field

metadesc VARCHAR(255) :

Best Clubs,Near By,Heritage,Near By,Transport,Travel,Transport,Bus,Train,Bus

And i want a result Like :

Best Clubs,Near By,Heritage,Transport,Travel,Bus,Train

All duplicate in this string need to be eliminated in a query itself.

Avoid Procedure . Because the Query which i want the result in Has Many joins


Any help would be appreciated . So please try
