Broken website....

I know my post has nothing to do with this forum (Quality Assurance) but since there's no "canonical" channel for users to report MySQL website problem, forgive me that I post it here.
There're two problems in MySQL websites:
1.
https://downloads.mysql.com/archives.php is broken:
I got "Unable to connect" message in my Firefox
2. Oracle's Single-Sign On to MySQL forum is broken:
I had signed on to Java (thus Oracle) previously. Then I was in MySQL forum at
http://forums.mysql.com/index.php. I clicked several time the "Login" link in the upper-right corner. But my browser just refreshed on every click but I'm never logged in. I had tried to log out of Oracle main website but it didn't help. I had to go to another computer to log into this forum.
