ODBC Dialog does not display
I am having a problem with the MySQL ODBC driver not showing the dialog to select the database. The problem is reproducible on my primary development machine but works fine on a few other machines I have tested the same. I have installed Both the 32 and 64 bit versions and neither seem to work. Since there is no error message to report I am not sure what other information I can provide to assist troubleshooting. I have a screenshot to explain better but it will not allow me to post here.
I am running same version of windows (Windows 8.1 x64) same version of Office (Office 2010) and same version of mysql (5.5.24)
